This privacy policy applies to the Kin POS app (hereby referred to as "Application") for devices that was created as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application is a locally-hosted Point of Sale (POS) system designed to operate offline. The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, customer data, or business transaction data to external servers. All data generated during the use of the Application (e.g., inventory lists, sales records) is stored locally on your device.

Device Permissions

The Application may request access to certain features on your device to function properly:

• Camera: Used exclusively for scanning product barcodes. Images are not recorded, saved, or transmitted.
• Storage: Used to save the local database and allow you to export or backup your own business data locally.
• Bluetooth: Used to discover, pair, and connect to external hardware devices such as wireless receipt printers (Thermal Printers) or cash drawers. No data is shared over Bluetooth other than standard print commands.

Third-Party Access

Since the Application does not collect personal data, we do not share any information with third-party services or external advertising networks.
